Hoseok: 31 May Year 22

I avoided her gaze after my breathing suddenly stopped. Even though we had been dancing for quite a while when I became short of breath, it wasn't because of that. It was her unexpected likeness to my mom. Actually, I don't know if that was just my perception, but it wasn't something that I could explain or describe. I couldn't look directly into the face of my friend that I had known for over ten years. We learned dances together, failed together, got frustrated together, and gave strength to each other. Laying on the floor drenched with sweat, we would throw towels and joke around with each other. I hastily rose from my spot because of a bewitching feeling that I had never felt during all that time. I turned the corner and leaned against the wall. As I tried to settle my breathing, I heard a voice say, "Where are you going, Hoseok?" A voice. A voice that I didn't know well but took me back to seven years old.
